Our two delightful and homely cottages, which each sleep 4, can be let separately or together, and with the comforting décor and delightful surroundings, offer the perfect versatile get away any time of year.

Guests at both properties benefit from secure gated private parking, free WiFi, bed linen and towels included in the rent, and shared access to the expansive and charming garden including orchards, fields, tennis court and children’s playground.

The sitting room with dining area and warming neutral colours, is at the heart of the accommodation, offering comfortable seating, dining area, smart TV, coffee table, cosy blankets and views across to the orchards. The well-equipped kitchen offers modern fixtures and fittings, along with some homely touches, making it a practical yet comforting space to create some culinary delights. With dishwasher and washer/dryer facilities, the kitchen dutifully takes care of those cleaning tasks leaving you more time to relax and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.

Bedrooms are bright, airy and spacious, offering practical and comfortable furnishings ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Each property offers 1 x master bedroom with king size bed and 1 x twin room with 2 single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, especially when rented jointly with the adjoining cottage. The spacious bathroom is bright and tidy, offering a generous-sized shower.

Patio doors from the sitting room open onto a patioed area with attractive furniture, a gas-fired bbq, well-kept lawns and delightful views across the fruit orchard, providing the perfect place to sit with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The two front patios are divided by fencing, offering privacy from the neighbouring patio.

There is a single step into the property and guests are advised that there are open ponds on the grounds. Sorry, but no dogs and no smoking.
